I highly recommend Stacey Tonyan and the Tiger Home Team if you want to find the RIGHT home for you and have a positive and fun experience along the way. She helped us look at a house over a year before we actually bought our home and educated us on all of the considerations and steps required for homebuying. She hooked us up with a lender early on who worked seamlessly with Stacey and my husband and I. When we were finally ready to make the leap, Stacey coordinated multiple inspections, always made time for questions and concerns and got back to us quickly. Stacey was often several steps ahead of us and made sure all of the information was at our fingertips so we could make good decisions. No pushiness, tons of patience for all of our questions and 180 degree changes with what we wanted in a home:)

I loved the fact that Stacey was patient while we viewed more than 20 houses and some twice or 3 times. She always paid attention to comments on made on each to really narrow down what I wanted even if I didn't realize it. I never felt rushed. She truly took the time with me, it didn't matter that I wasn't buying a large fancy house. Walked me through each step after the sellers took my offer. She make it so much easier. I would recommend her to anyone. She is a very nice person.
